Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs payment and refund matters for the paid features of the FindIP service provided by LeeonIPL Corp. (the "Company"). It applies together with the Company's Terms of Service.

Payment, recurring billing, tax (VAT/sales tax) reporting, invoicing, and refunds for the Service are handled, depending on the buyer's region, by one of the following Paddle entities acting on behalf of the Company as the Merchant of Record for this transaction — United States: Paddle.com Inc. / Canada: Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. / all other regions: Paddle.com Market Limited (collectively, "Paddle").

1. Recurring Billing

1. Paid subscriptions operate on a monthly recurring billing basis.
2. The payment method registered at the initial payment is automatically charged on the same day each month.
3. Posted prices are net of tax, and the value-added tax or sales tax of the user's country of residence is added by Paddle at the time of payment.

2. Subscription Cancellation

1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the Billing page.
2. After cancellation, the Service remains usable until the next billing date, and recurring charges stop after that date.
3. The subscription may be reactivated at any time before the next billing date.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1. You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment for any reason. To request a refund, contact us at contact@findip.ai.
2. Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Automatic Cancellation on Payment Failure

1. When a recurring payment fails, the Company automatically retries up to 4 times over 14 days.
2. The Service remains usable during the retry period, and the user receives payment-failure notification emails.
3. If payment is not received within 14 days, the subscription is automatically canceled.

5. Receipts

For every payment, Paddle issues an invoice (transaction statement), which serves in place of a payment receipt. It can be viewed and downloaded from the Billing page.
